Lagu-lagu anda yang tidak lolos akan kami data sebagai arsip kami, dan tidak akan mengurangi, merubah, arr ulang, atau mempublikasikan / memproduksinya tanpa seijin anda selaku pencipta.

- Bersifat Komersial di pasar musik saat ini.
- Per lagu minim 2 instrumen.
- Tiap peserta dibatasi max 3 lagu, dengan kapasitas file mp3 max 3 - 4 mega byte.
- Materi lagu yang di lombakan tidak pernah terikat oleh suatu ikatan kontrak kerja dari pihak manapun (major label).
- Segala Keputusan kami bersifat mengikat dan tanpa bisa diganggu gugat.
